About me
I’m a fullstack web designer and developer who loves a good challenge. I always strive for quality. I prefer to not use LLMs/AI as I like having full control over the creative and functional aspects of my work, though I do use them occasionally as a “faster web search.”
What I know so far
HTML, CSS, Javascript, Vue. Willing to learn anything with great work ethic and team skills.
Frontend technology
- For 6+ years I’ve been using HTML, CSS, and JS (backend and frontend). I like using vanilla JS, because I know small sites can still look awesome.
- For the past couple years I’ve been working on React and Vue projects. Learning these frameworks has been challenging, and I look forward to more.
- I know Markdown and have been learning typst, a newer markup language. These are incredibly handy for quick note-taking; I wrote this in markdown!
Backend technology
Express, Next, Nuxt, Flask, Django
- I’ve recently started doing more backend work as well, utilizing docker services and cloud providers.
Standards I’m familiar with
- ISO 8601 (date/time but pedantic)
- IEC 40500 (WCAG — accessibility)
- Whatever else you need :)
Projects
-
The Skewer — homepage for an underground highschool newspaper my friends and I started. I’ve passed management on to the grade below me.
- My first Next/React project, built in a week and slowly tweaked from then.
-
Fish Estimator (unfinished) — small Vue/Nuxt whitelabeled calculator app for Fish window cleaners to estimate jobs.
-
Titanium Network — anti-censorship org. Designed a now-defunct webretro launcher for 3kh0’s homepage.
-
Wii Balance Board Game — test program for controlling our FRC Robot via Wii Balance Board. Implemented in one night with raylib and C
